If you happen to have an issue with your order or need to exchange an item, let us know! Return shipping is covered by the customer in the event of a return. You will be reimbursed the total of your order once the returned item arrives. Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your shipment.
If a customer needs to exchange a product for a different size or a different product, the customer covers cost of return shipping to us but we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost to you. In the event of the replacement product costing a different amount than the original, the customer will be charged/reimbursed if applicable.
